Return Policy


Each product is a custom order and is designed and printed just for you; therefore, products can only be returned in the event of damage upon receipt.

Remember that wood has variations and you may see wood grain and/or knots on your wood piece, especially in the lighter areas- this is entirely normal and creates a unique, rustic look. Also, most pieces are intentionally distressed around the edges- this is also normal and is not damage!

Unfortunately, sometimes damage happens during shipping. If your PhotoBoard or Wood Print arrives damaged (chipped, broken, damaged corners), please email within 3 business days. Your email must include the following 3 photos: 

1. The entire product packaging as it arrived

2. The entire product (include all corners)

3. Close-up of the damage to the product

Upon receipt of your email, Get the Camera will instruct you where to mail the damaged product, in original packing whenever possible. DO NOT return the product to the address on the packaging unless instructed!

Once Get the Camera receives the damaged product and inspects the damage, you will either:

1.Receive a full refund to the credit card or original method of payment used to purchase the product, plus the shipping charges you incurred for return delivery 


2. A replacement item will be ordered and delivered directly to you (replacement item must be exact photo, size, and product)

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
